HDS-certified hosting services for Composable Commerce
When utilizing Composable Commerce HDS-certified hosting services, adherence to PGSSI-S (General Security Policy for Health Information Systems) is obligatory.
PGSSI-S is a French acronym that stands for "Politique Générale de Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information de Santé" and which translates to the "General Security Policy for Health Information Systems". It is a set of guidelines, standards, and best practices established by the French government to ensure the security and integrity of healthcare information systems, particularly in the context of electronic health records and digital health data.
By choosing HDS hosting for health information, customers are committing themselves to adhere to the specified reference systems outlined in the PGSSI-S.
In the case where a customer has selected HDS hosting, health-related data may be sent to the Service, and the definition of Prohibited Data, as set out in the customer agreement, is adjusted accordingly.
