Added support for Product Selection of type Exclusion in the Merchant Center

You can now control the availability of products on your storefront by explicitly excluding SKUs from your assortments. Previously, this was only possible by use of the Product Selections API, or by including selective SKUs on your Product Selections in the Merchant Center.
